I made a rather amazing (if I do say so myself) fish stew the other day. It was really easy and only about 180cals per cup serving.

    Here is the link http://www.kitchenparade.com/2003/03/tiapinno-herbed-fish-stew.php

I used haddock and king prawns and cooked it in my biggest pan. It was so good we had the rest for lunch the next day.

I love fish, wish I could eat it more but it is quite expensive. I buy frozen fish which is fine but fresh is best.

Tuna: if you can get this fresh, it's divine, by far my fav. We had this yesterday for dinner. Just salt/pepper/olive oil on tuna, cooked for a few mins on each side. Homemade ratatouille and 2 small boiled potatoes.

Basa fillets (any plain white fish): just steamed over water, I added some spices to the water like kafir lime leaf, ground cumin, bay leaf. Eat with some moroccan style cous cous, or steamed veg.

I like to poach fish also, did this alot for the kids and it's lovely. Poach salmon fillets in milk, peppercorns and bay leaf. Can have this with noodles, pasta or make some mashed potato/veg.

Fish is so versatile and good for you. I eat alot of tinned tuna/sweetcorn in an omelette too, hooked on this after exercise lately. Really yum.
