weight gain?

I've been trying to eat healthy this weekend since my fiance was in town. I was able to get in my exercise on saturday and even 2 rounds of the 30DS on Sunday (one in the morning and one at night). However, it seems like I have gained a pound.
Is this weight gain or is this muscle gain? >.< My diary is open for observations

your diary may be open, but with so many quick added calories its hard to say, you may be underestimating those calories significantly, they may have tons of sodium, hense water weight.
if they are accurate then you may not be eating enough, 1200 net minimum remember!
your diary isn't enough to tell, but muscle weight builds up slowly, however your muscles will hold water if your working out too hard, or are dehydrated.
weigh again in a week and see0 -
It could be water retention in your muscles (this is especially true if you feel a bit sore). It could also be water retention in general from sodium but from looking at a few days of your diary that doesn't seem so bad. I wouldn't sweat it. I gained 3lbs this weekend all while being pretty good0

Its tough to tell with your quick adsa - but it could be sodium, if you are way over you could be holding water. I would try really hard to not use the quick add as much.
Maybe more water will help over the next few days. Dont get down though, sometimes I work our really hard for a week and then gain and it makes me really mad. Hard as it is - try to stay focuses.
You will do great next week - I just bet!!!!

I agree. It happened to me. Yake a couple days off you may drop some.0 -
I always gain 1-2 pounds over the weekend and then drop it in like 3 days. As long as it doesn't permanently stay that way, I say that you don't have much to worry about it.
Just drink a lot of water to flush your system out and you'll be ok.0 -
Looking at your diary, I don't see a day that you drank at least 8 cups of water.. I have found this to be SO crucial to my success with weight loss. You have added activity, but taking in insufficient amounts of water. It is likely that you are dehydrated and your body is hanging on to fluid.. If I were you I would only change 2 things..... Be specific in your log with less quick add, but much more important, make sure you drink 8-12 cups of water a day for a week without exception.. I think you will see the pounds start to drop... I wish you the very best..0
