Monday Mini Challenge

Hi folks,

Do as many of these as you want or space them out through your day!

25 single leg squats w/chair (25 ea leg)
Stand behind chair; hold back of chair for balance. Lift right leg off ground, keeping left leg slighly bent.
INHALE: Bend left leg to squat. Hold for 1-3 counts.
EXHALE: Straighten leg and return to start.
Complete all reps and switch legs.

25 Wide leg wall squats w/calf raises
50 wall pushups

Remember w/the squats to never let your knees extend beyond your toes! Your knees won't be happy if you do! Oh and keep your back straight!

Come on office folks...get moving! Go to a private bathroom if you need to!

    I love this, btw :) The jumping jacks are harder to do at work, though (from yesterday). I DID do 50 squats and 50 wall push ups from yesterday.

    What is the wall-wide leg squat with calf raises?

    Okay lady-- 25 single leg squats-they are tough little exercise
    60 squats
    60 wall push ups
    60 side lunge squats
    60 wide leg squats w/calf raises...

    I am done...wooosssshhhh
