I just wondered if i exercise my daily calarie allowance is increased automatically just because ive burnt off some surely that doesnt mean i can eat more calories again?

Yes it does as your body needs a minimal amount to function so you will need to eat back those calories burnt. As a rule of thumb for myself I generally eat back 3/4 of my exercise calories as MFP can be generous on how many calories burnt. I know if sounds weird but yes you need to eat them.0

If your allowance is 1200 calories a day and you burn 1200 calories exercising, it means you have not fed your body anything. You burn calories just being alive. So, yes, eat your exercise calories. MFP has already deducted what is needed to lose weight.0
