Day 1: New me challenge! Greetings!

Hi Everybody,

I'm new here to myfitnesspal.com! Started on a new 'me' challenge today, just eating healthier and I want to get into the habit of consistent exercise (in stead of the once every week I have been doing and then slacking the rest of the week).

My goal this week: Exercise EVERY day! At least 1 hour a day, And to keep on track with my daily calories! Seems easy right?!? :)

    Good luck! I would love to hear how you do. I am trying to exercise at least 3 times a week for 30 min.

    Having a goal is a good place to start. I know that when I have a good day, like yesterday, it inspires me to stay on track. I feel so good when I have a good workout and stay within my calories.

    Welcome! The first week will be a little tough but once you get into the habit, it just happens! I exercise 5-6 days 60 minutes a day and now it is just a habit that I look forward to. Best of luck and let me know if I can do anything to help.
