OMG 266cal high protein banana bread!!!!

I just made this for the first time and it was so good I wanted to share the recipe with you guys.

Mash half a banana (about 60g) in a small bowl and add one egg white and about a tbs and a half of water. Blend well. Then add half a tsp cinnamon, a tbs chopped walnuts, and a scoop of protein powder.

Cook in a nonstick pan over lowwww heat and dont let them overcook!

With my particular protein powder this was 266cal, 24g carbs, 5g fat, 32g protein.

I made three bread slice sized pancakes and enjoyed them with a little peanut butter! They taste just like banana bread! I hope you guys enjoy this recipe!
