I've actually been part of MFP for a few months now, but have recently realized I need people to push me and bounce ideas off of. I've tried other programs, but once I lose a few pounds, I find it hard to keep up with the strict eating. I figured that tracking what I eat is better since I can still eat what I love. I've actually noticed that I crave more fresh veggies and fruits now that I've started.
Anyway, just wanted to say hi! If anyone would like to "friend" me, that would be awesome!
