Apparently....I cannot eat enough calories throughout the day. My career path (Cosmetology/platform Artistry) requires me to be on my feet all day...Most of the time I choose to not take breaks..because that would hinder my true career goals. For my body type, physique, and metabolism it's best to eat small healthy meals throughout the day. HOW CAN I DO THAT? lol....Im to the point where Im so frustrated...I cannot even stand it...
It's like either I have no career and be beautiful...or sacrifice my health and body awareness for my career!
I litterally work 12-14 hour days. I love my job..so the time flies by ..but when I get home it's either dark outside already, my b/f is sleeping, (so no treadmill!), or Im just so tired that I cannot even move.
Im 23 years old. I feel like I should have all the energy in the world to workout after work, but I am so tired, or the situation is not right for working out......................Im seriously seriously STUMPED...as to how to Manage my time w/ my career with out sacrificing either~~! It's sad ...cause I don't even have kids yet! lol how's this gonna be once I DO have a family?!
The ONLY regular time I have to workout would be on Sunday. The one day I don't work. That is not enough to actually lose the weight I have to lose.
My Diet is Healthy ..non preservative, organic foods. I just cannot eat enough throughout the day, therefore slowing my metabolism down to a slow....steady ....nothing....
sorry about the desperation...but I seriously am trying...It just seems like I really do not have the time?~
PLEASE HELP!

First of all, you are already beautiful. Losing weight will not make you any more or less beautiful. It will just make you healthier. Try to eat some fruit and veggies in between appointments, or drink a glass of milk, or make a smoothie with peanut butter, bananas, milk, and a scoop or two of protein powder. That will help you get some calories in. You can do this. I know it's hard now, but you really can do this. I'm rooting for you! :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:0

Have some prepackaged snacks real close to where you work, so that you can grab them in between clients. Or, if you don't want to eat in front of the people in the waiting room, have them back by the bathroom, then you can tell them you'll be right back, just have to run to the little girls room and you can grab some snacks real quick. And, to get some arm exercises in, I do 20 wall pushups everytime I go to the rest room. Well, I try to everytime, sometimes I forget.
You can do it!!!0 -
You will REALLY have to work at planning ahead. That is the only way for folks who work as much as you do. You're young, you are enjoying your career path - both great things. DO NOT let the work interfere with your health. But all the good suggestions for snacks are great - just make sure you pack them. Plan each Sunday for the week so you are set. Buy your snacks ahead of time so there is no excuse to go without. You will just have to do more prep work than someone with a more lax schedule, that's all.0
