30 LB (Almost) lost with Pics.

I'll start with the graph - for all those people who worry too much about the change day to day, or even week to week - see how normal it looks over 6 months! My target started at 2lb a week and I changed it after 3 months to 1 lb a week... strangely seems to have had no impact at all! I think that's because so much of my loss has been due to exercise and I haven't been consistent about eating all my exercise calories: I just see this as a maximum.

Way to go!!! You look great too! Thanks for pointing out that weight loss doesn't happen overnight. I think that is why so many people fall off the wagon. If they aren't seeing results immediately, they burn out. Take it slow. Enjoy the ride. Results WILL come with commitment and dedication. Congrats!0

Your starting stats, finish stats and age are very similar to me. I too started 6 months ago and recently achieved my maintenance goal.
