New Distance Running Shoes

I am ready for a new running shoe, the ones I have now are carrying close to 500 miles and are just uncomfortable. I want to try to transition to a more minimalist shoe. Any suggestions for a moderately cushioned shoe for distance running?

    New Balance Barringers. They weigh less than a pound each. I LOVE my pair! Will buy the same shoe next time just in a different color:)

    new balance just came out with a shoe called minimus- it's a very lightweight shoe modeled after the minimaist running idea

    It really depends on your foot type. Can you go to a running store so they can look at your feet and recommend something? My husband and I are both runners and that's what we do to prevent injuries.
    Also, don't wait til 500 miles!!! I replaced mine last week at 411 and now use them for walking.
