I am a 34 year old mother of three children. I have experienced (2) c-sections and I just want my stomach to be as flat as possible. I limit myself on wearing dresses because I do not like my front "puff!" I am working out but I need help on choosing the right foods to assist in my goal! I thought I was eating the right foods but I guess I'm not! Somebody-Anybody-Help!

I just came across an article that listed the 5 best fat-burning vegetables: broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, brussels sprouts, and kale. I'm going to try these, as I'm trying to lose the "baby belly" as well.0

I hate the baby belly! Mine just doesnt want to shrink! Its like i loose weight everywhere except for there! What kind of exercises do you do to work on it??0
