Sit up straight like your mamma told you....
Found this article from NYTimes today and thought I'd share the insights with fellow MPFers. Made me sit up straight at my desk instead of my usual slouch..
"Sitting up straight at work could help the 80% of Americans who have back pain, a condition that is difficult and costly to treat. Experts say most back pain is from muscle and ligament strain, which can be prevented by maintaining proper posture, developing abdominal and back muscle strength, and taking periodic breaks from sitting at work."

I had this back pain at the beginning of the year. I started doing squats and it was completely gone within a month.0

I have a major problem with slouching. Sitting up straight is something I really need to work on.0
