I'm new!

Hi everyone!

As some of the other posts have said, I am not new to the whole weight loss thing. I have tried several diets and would start workout routines but never follow through but I have decided the time is now. I was getting dressed this weekend and when my "fat" shorts were too tight I knew that I had to change something. I will seriously need EVERYONE'S help holding me accountable and helping me stay motivated. I have searched for a community like this where people pull together to help each other and I think I found it.

I hope everyone accomplishes every goal that they have set for themselves. I know this journey won't be easy but it will be so worth it at the end.

    Welcome. I am right there with ya...knowing I have to lose weight..but no motivation. I think the best thing we can do for ourselves is to start eating right and exercising...
    I will definitely help you on your journey..

    I have such a hard time staying on track with my weight loss. I even see great results but still manage to sabotage myself. We can do this though! It's just a little work and a lot of discipline!
