Another newbie

Hey new to fitnesspal.

I'm using fitness pal 75% for a record of what I am doing and also to try to help me see that my regime is working.
Not trying to do anything crazy, just trying to keep myself healthy.

Currently I am;

- 189cm
- 85-90kgs
- 41bpm rest heart rate

But sadly with a habit of overtraining and not eating a particularly balanced diet for a week or so every few months.
My aim is to stop this and if I can tone up a bit and improve my sport along the way, all the better :)
