How bad is vegetable fried rice??!?!

I ordered this for lunch. I did get vegetables..............but does that make it any healthier. Im kinda regretting this order. It should be here shortly.....people of MFP help me out.....what should this awesomely tanned man do?

I just checked the web. Looks like 8 oz has about 400 cals, 12 g fat, and 750 mg sodium. Ususally an order is at least 16 oz.0

I would eat 1/2 of it and get some fruit later. The sodium is a killer, and the quantity of veg in it isn't enough to justify the salt.0

next time just make your own. i do and it is delicious. based off of what the other person posted about the calories, i wouldn't say that is so bad. just exercise, drink some water to neutralize that salt. (if you can neutralize salt.... you know what i am saying)0

well awesomely tanned man , i watch my fat intake so i would pass it to someone else. however if you plan on exercising tonight and drink lots of H2O to flush all that sodium then go for it.0

If you are trying to stay low cal or low carb you should probably not eat it. Vegetable fried rice can be healthy if it has a lot of veggies, not too much oil, and preferably is make with brown rice. But you'll probably have to go home and make it yourself to get that.0

im gonna eat it off a paper plate too so most of this grease can stick to it..................................duuhhh should have gone with something else!

OK I only ate 1/3 of it..........on a paper plate(soak up that oil). Im not feeling too bad now. How much is like 1/3 of those lil chinese boxes? Is it like a cup maybe?!?!?!.........0
