Lets see those measurements!!

I have come back from the dark side and I am feeling FABULOUS!

Last week
Rib Cage 36.5
Waist 35
Hip 42
Around the bum 45
Thigh 25.5

This week
Bust 36
waist 34
High Hip 41
Low Hip 43.5
Thigh 25.5
Arm 13
Neck 14

I'm starting to think I was having reverse PMS on that one.....Gained the water weight AFTER the TOM.....weirdness.....

Anywho! Yay! And I've dropped 2 pounds!

    Heck no. I ate like a little piggy Saturday, Sunday and Monday. All the work I did all week at least helped me stay the same. I'm so bummed for doing so poorly. I feel like I failed myself.:cry:

    Hey there, buddy! Chin up!!!

    It's a learning process. If you know your weekends are your weak points, start stocking just HEALTHY stuff. The temptation may raise where yu really want a piece of chocolate or potatoe chips....but if you have to go out to get them, you have a better chance of ignoring the temptation:flowerforyou:

    I'm with you on this one! I still don't have my measurements yet, but it is on my list of goals to accomplish so I'll check in later.

    Okie doke.

    I'm going to do this every Thursday until Thanksgiving. It gives me that extra motivation to stay on my "good eating".

    Fab140, my this week was also better than last week, yay!

    I am down 2 pounds and my measurements are:

    Last week:
    Neck: 11.25
    Ribcage: 26.75
    Waist: 28
    Hips: 35.75
    Thigh: 20.25

    This Week:
    Neck: 11.25
    Ribcage: 27
    Waist: 28
    Hips: 35.75
    Thigh: 20.75

    I think I must not know how to measure myself because my measurements are always so inconsistent. I know they didn't go down (some went up), but my pants are fitting much looser and some of my button down shirts that I haven't been able to wear in a while are fitting. Woohoo!
