flatter stomach

What are some good exercises to flatten your stomach? Thank you in advance.

    HIIT. (High intensity interval training) You have to burn the fat that is there to get nice abs. You can do crunches until you are blue in the face, but it won't do any good if there is still fat there.

    Abs are made in the kitchen. Eat healthy balanced meals and stay within MFP's recommended calories per day. You flatten your stomach by getting rid of the excess fat that is over the muscle. Losing fat is 80% diet and 20% exercise. Exercise should be a combo of cardio and strength training.
