so today's been a rubbish day - i must have been craving carbs since starting 5 wks ago as i ate 4 baked potatoes over the day - didnt eat 4 portions of fillings tho, just fairly plain
Well now i am feeling crap :mad: and angry with myself.
I am still under my calories, well under everything (see my diary.....)
What does everyone think? honestly? think i may be ok with just having one bad day??

Don't worry about it. Everyone slips and you kept your potatoes fairly plain. It will all balance out. Just pick yourself up and keep going. You can do this!0

Oh hunny RELAX! Easier said then done (i know!) but if youre still in your calorie limit you have no reason to be guilty. And its one day! You just start tomorrow trying to make better choices. We all make a bad choice (see my breakfast this morning and the coke under snacks) you just brush it off and try to get better. This is a long journey of learning to eat healthier but still enjoy the things you love so you arent feeling deprived. If youre making alot of changes all at once it might be a good idea to focus on 1 meal or one diet change at a time, then the healthy choices are easier and easier to make0

Carbs are the hardest for me too. I LOVE bread, pastas and rice!!!! I still have to eat them because i feel like i will get some kind of withdrawal. LOL But watch your serving sizes and have lots of veggies with your meal. I am struggling too, MY BIGGEST CRAVE is ice cream!!! I try to have a low cal or FF version. Its not the same but at fulfills my craving!!!!
Don't beat yourself up! I do the same and im trying to stay positive. Vividly picture yourself at a goal weight and use a journal to vent!!!!!! I do it!!!!! It helps.

Thanks guys, guess im just feelin this way as I'm feeling SOOOOO full. Bet i wouldnt feel this full if id had eaten the same calories in veg/meat etc. JUst the bloating feeling I guess xxxxx0
