Anyone have an suggestions for vitamins? I do feel concerned and I am now taking a one a day weight loss vitamin, 2000mg of B12. Is this good enough?

Recommended intake is about 2400 mcg a day for a normal individual (more in pregnancy and lactation) so your vitamin is close. Since it is a water soluble vitamin it won't hurt if you want to supplement a bit more. Water soluble vitamins won't accumulate like fat-soluble vitamins.0
