I do a 60-65 minutes of at-home exercise four days out of the weeks. I switch exercises by song( I have a 50-60 min playlist that I use with songs being 2:45-4 minutes long and occasionally replaying songs) and the workout goes like this:

2 songs cardio- jogging in place, jumping jacks, jump rope, etc.
3/4 song strength- squats, lunges
1 1/4 song 8lb weights- curls, lifts, deadlifts, squat lift
2 songs abs- 30 sit ups with weights 50-80, crunches, mixed planks, 20-30 pushups,
1 song cardio- same as previous
1 song abs
1 song strength
1 song abs
1 song legs
1 song strength
1 song cardio
1 song stretch/cool-down (only 3 min)

I usually log 10 min or aerobics, 30 min or light calisthenics, 5 min heavy calisthenics, 10 min strength training, and 5 min of stretching.

I guess I'm just wondering of this sounds about right or not. Am I over estimating my 269 calorie burn?

That sounds about right ... I usually burn about 300 or more calories doing about 60 minutes of strength training. I would definitely encourage you to get a heart rate monitor though so you can have a more accurate estimate.

Sounds like Circuit Training so log it like that if you don't have a HRM.

I have no idea where to get a HRM or how much it would be not online. I won't be able to get anything until I get a job and that's not going so well lol

I checked circuit training and for 55 min it's 449 burned! Even 45 minutes for 369 seems like a lot! I don't want to add to much and end up "cheating" in a way. Hmm...
