you are carb overloading on breakfast. Maybe add some protein or fruit to fill you up instead of all the cereals.

I think you need to eat more protein and less carbs AND you are not eating enough calories in a day. What is your workout like?
  • Did I read correctly that you are at 105 currently? It seems you have little to lose so those last couple are always tough to lose but perhaps it's not so much the number on the scale but some body shaping you are looking to do?

With that said, from what I see of your diary the big culprit is sugar, specifically your breakfast cereal. I would switch to something like Kashi Go Lean Crunch or even better, some Special K Protein Plus.

Also, I don't see any exercise logged in the days I went back...if you are exercising, I'm assuming you aren't eating those calories back and it could very well be that you're not eating enough.

Yes, I would say that you need to eat more, but without seeing your exercise, it's hard to say how much more. You are getting some good amounts of sugar it seems, even if it is from the fruits. I personally would caution on the processed foods and try to eat more whole foods - I'm thinking about your breakfast here, but this is perhaps my own personal opinion. Also, if you're going to have carb heavy meals, you could add more protein to go along with it. Protein slows down the conversion of the carbs into sugar. (At least this is what I've read and been taught - I'm no scientist or nutritionist.)

wow I would of never thought I ate that much carbs and sugar. But I guess it is in the cereal I eat in the morning. I eat that because it is quick and easy. I eat mixed cereals in a 2 cup container with no milk and I drink coffee in the morning. This is all while driving to work. My food actually works around my work schedule. Grab and go. Even lunch at work. I can prepare meals at home for dinner. I do jog up and down my drive way 5 times back and forth. The driveway is kinda long. Crunches leg lifts every other day and we play the wii as a family and several other things. All done every other day (three - 4 times a week. My calories are set at 1200 a day for my goal! any suggestion?????

Do you have your weight loss goal at 1lb a week? I have mine set at that and my net goal is 1350. I'm 5'1" although I may be heavier than you. But I might suggest making sure you're eating back most of your exercise calories. Eating more actually speeds up more metabolism, so long as you're not over your daily maintenance of course. Also, what I think has helped me recently is my strength training, specifically heavy weights on the lower body. That should help with a metobolism boost as well.
