Ellelit - Day 20

so things have been going well for the last couple of days. i've been busy catching up from my time away so i have not been able to post. here is how yesterday went

breakfasT:
1.5 cups cheerios
1 banana
1 cup skim milk

snack:
1 banana
4 fibre cookies
1 yogurt cup

lunch:
1 stuffed chicken breast, stuffed with 2 T cream cheese and onions
1 cup of orzo
3 T of tomato sauce
1 cup steamed broccoli

snack: 1 fruit cup

snack: 1 apple sauce
mini carrots
sliced cukes

snack: 1 granola bar
1 dinner roll with 1 ounce cheddar cheese

supper:
3 sausages
1.5 potatoes, mashed with skim milk and becel
1 cup steamed broccoli

so all in all a good day.it's definittely getting easier, and i'm happy about that. i was mega hungry all day yesterday, but i stuck to my plan and only had one small unplanned snack (the bun with cheese). it filled me up and kept me from binging so i'm really happy.

it's been 20 days since i binged, which for me is a remarkable feat.i'm really happy with my progress. i'm holding steady at 307 pounds, so hopefully this week it will go down some. honestly i'm focusing more on not binging, not on exercise, but once i get the eating under control, that will change. here's to today!:drinker:
