Hi

I have been using this site now for a week an have the i phone app

Like a post I just I just read I have gained 3lbs and have followed the calories and have been doing more activities.

Feel a little disappointed with the ist weeks progress

I live in the UK and am seeing a health advisor every week and it has taken 8 weeks to get me on board with the idea of getting fitter etc.

I am seeing her tomorrow at 2.30 pm and know I will have to weigh in. I am hoping that it is the scales I am using on the wii fit

i was 130kgs last week and am aged 51

    Hello!
    Just keep exercising and eating healthy. The weight will come off! It took me 3 weeks before I lost anything. But when I did finally lose it really came off. Just keep it up and the results will follow. It just takes longer for some people!

    Thanks for the reply, have just sorted out food for work 6am start til 1.30pm. Heath trainer at 2.30pm
