High calories with no fat - ideas?

Hi there, relative newbie here! I'm still having good and bad days but at least i've got into the habit of logging everything every day - even when i don't want to!

I've had a couple of days where i'm still under my calories for the day, but i'm over on grams of fat. ok sometimes it's obvious what needs to be switched out, but other days i struggle to balance protein and carbs etc without the fats. Any ideas please?? Could especially do with filling snacks/treats which are low on fats if anyone has suggestions!
