Ideally lean meats like chicken and leaner cuts of beef.
That being said I eat ribeye steak occasionally, which has a decent amount of fat but if I watch what I eat the rest of the day it fits within my fat gram limits.0 -
Just stick with lean meats. Fish, turkey, chicken, lean pork chops, lean beef, buffalo meat (very lean and yummy), etc. Meat is great for you if you drain ground meat when you brown it, don't add too much fattening agents like butter or oil, and get lean cuts. You need protein in your diet, so if you are regularly a carnivore don't cut it out now!

little hint on ground beef. If your browning it(scrambling) drain it, rinse it, then put it back on heat for a couple of extra minutes. Helps get rid of as much fat as possible! You know that grease that sits around the edges of your spaghetti sauce? This will eliminate that!0
