Souper Soup

Ok I'm going to make a "Cabbage Soup" for myself for lunches, I'm gonna put in 1/4lb of ground 85/15 beef, 1/2 head cabbage, 1 red bell pepper, 5 or 6 stalks of celery, a whole onion, and 2 cans of petite diced tomatoes.

I've had it a few times now and like it a lot and it is very low calories with big portions, but I would like to add a little **Somthin' Somthin' ** So I'm not eating the same old soup.

Anyone have any recomendations?

    Oh that one batch will be lunch for 5 days, I'm not going to eat it all at once. lol

    I'd add some more protein...maybe a italian sausage, some chicken, etc. And maybe even a potato or some rice or cous cous. Be careful not to come in way under cals with such a low cal lunch!
