knee problems

I am 20 years old and run almost every day. i get about 15 - 25 miles in a week. i used to run track and cross country and never had knee problems but recently within the last month i've been having a hard time walking after work outs and my knees have been feeling weak. sometimes i can even see them bruising slightly. I usually run on the treadmill so I thought that could be a problem. Is there anything I can do? I don't have any intention of quitting running.

    Have you ever tried Kinesio Tape? That stuff works wonders! :)
