I have lost 20 lbs and I am so proud of myself. I went from 145 to 124.3.. However, now that I have lost weight and at my goal, I am not as excited about working out as I used to. I used to go 6x a week and now I am trying to go 3-4 times. Is this normal? I am still going but dont feel that push that I had at the beginning. Anyone else out there like me?

Yeah, I dropped 55..I went from 240-185. I'm still pushing, but not as hard as I did in the beginning.

Maybe you just need a different workout. If you have been doing mostly Cardio, try some Strength Training. Or maybe you could train for a Charity Race?
 Staying active is important, but you need to find something to do that you truly enjoy. It doesn't neccesarily need to be "Exercise" as long as you are getting active and getting your heart rate up for at least 30 minutes several times a week.

You made your goal. So you feel you don't have a goal and feel meh. Create a new goal. That goal should be To Maintain. It's a lot harder than you might think. Good luck!

Great job on your weight loss!! I know how you feel! I went from 153 to 116. I don't want to lose anymore weight but I don't want to lose the muscle I've gained either. I just have no motivation to workout now!!

I'm actually in the same sort of situation at the moment. Decided I'm happy with my weight and want to maintain here, so I picked some fitness goals instead. I've been doing a lot of strength training and HIIT. Even though I'm staying about the same weight I've been noticing a lot of differences in how my body looks.

It might be helpful to add some strength training, or even bodyweight exercises if you don't want to do weights. And it's easy to set goals for doing these sorts of things. Saying to yourself "I want to do 10 push-ups, 5 pull-ups, lift x lbs of weight by x date, etc. I've actually found I'm way more motivated for these types of goals than the original weight-loss goals. It's amazing to watch your body transform and get stronger.

    Good luck!
