You know that last bit of ice cream at the bottom of the container? Yeah, the little bit that doesn't look like a whole lot, but is really 2-3 servings...

It's calling my name from the back of the freezer!

But I'm NOT gonna eat it! I just ate a delicious stir fry I made for dinner and don't need to set back the workouts I completed today more than I already have (I had ice cream earlier today lol)

I'm one of those people who will EAT ALL of the sweets until they're gone. Once I start, I gotta finish lol

Agreed. Lucky for me, I'm lactose intolerant, so when I rarely crave ice cream, it's usually one of those little bitty containers. :))

I eat my ice cream out of a cone. It's only 50 extra calories for the small keebler sugar cones, and when it's gone, it has a doneness that a bowl doesn't. Maybe because the bowl can be refilled, but you eat the cone, Whatever it is, it keeps me from going back for more. And one measured serving of ice cream fits the cone perfectly.
