Hi all,
I'm a nursing new mom, my baby is 8 months old. My husband joined this site last weekend and really likes it. Seeing him make healthy choices is motivating me to cut back on my food intake too. I've heard you need 5oo extra calories per day if you're nursing. Does anyone know how to make an adjustment for that so my daily calorie allottment is reflective of it?
Thanks!
Emily

You can customize your calorie allottment. When you go to your goals, just select the path that isn't preset.0

Ooh! That's a nice feature! Makes it so much easier to adjust day to day, esp when you start reducing the breastfeeding.0
