Calories burned during "bootcamp"

How do you calculate how many calories you've burned during a 45 minute bootcamp session? The exercises change rapidly and vary each session. My trainer suggested to estimate an hour of running, but that seems a bit high. Any suggestions?

I'm doing a boot camp right now and I'm burning anywhere between 450 and 600 in a one hour session.0

Good question. I wonder myself. I know some folks wear heart rate monitors to measure. I use "aerobics general" 45 minutes in my exercise log.0

When you go to enter your exercise search for "Calisthenics" and use the vigorous effort choice. Enter time.0
