Has anyone ever tried this program? I don't even think that it's been out a year. I bought it back in May and just pulled it out of the box. I saw the advertisement yesterday on the t.v. and remembered that I bought it. It comes with several tapes and a ball that's a little smaller than a basketball. The program has cardio as well as an ab routine. Please let me know if anyone has any info. on this. Thanks!
