Ok so I have been on MFP about 2 months now, and my period is a little late in coming. I am wondering if this is a serious problem (ex. need to eat more calories or overworking myself) or if this is just a result of my major eating/exercise change. Also, if this has happened to any of you, how late has your period been? thanks for the help!

Your cycle is influenced by SO many things. Any stressor in your life, can change your cycle. And of course, a new exercise routine can do that. If you're certain that you're not pregnant, I would just hang tight - it'll come (unless you have like no body fat!). If it still doesn't, after several wks (and you're normally quite regular), I would check with your ob/gyn.0

Also, you're probably pregnant.
Bahaha... just kidding. That said, last time I was pregnant, I thought it was "just stress," so you should at least check. If you're not, like the last person said, give it a week or two and if it doesn't come, check with your OB/GYN.0 -
Pregnant?
Or on a birth control pill that you have been taking for fewer than 3 months/packs?

Young women think that every 30 days they should start, not true. Your cycle my be a 28. 29 or even 30 day cycle. What you need to do is, when you start mark it on the calender. When you start your next cycle you will know how long between them they are. I have used the calender for years. I was always a 28 day cycle until now... getting old LOL
So basically you go from the beginning of one to the beginning of the next. You will never worry if you are pregnant or what is going on. Then if you are still having problems you may want to go see your doctor.
Hope this helps0
