I joined MFP almost a week ago, but haven't had a chance to come on and say "HI!" My Bestest Bud recommended the site and I thought it would be a fabulous way for her and I to support each other while getting the support of everyone too!!

I'm a Mom of a 13 month old little man and have yet to lose my baby weight. Not too long post partum, I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. I am on synthroid but I have still been battling my weight. I recently finished nursing my son; we were down to just once / day and now I'm free!!

A few years ago, I lost 50 lbs on WW. Then I quit smoking and it slowly came back on. The most difficult part for me right now is taking that "me" time and concentrating on exercise. Baby steps.

I have a few goals in mind. First one is to get under 200lbs, into One-derland! LOL Then I would like to get down to a comfortable weight / size for me. I think I would like to lose a total of 50-60lbs. I know that every lb is a step in the right direction.
