Issue

Options
According to the app for this on my phone I'm not eating enough calories but taking in to much sugar. How do I fix this? I tend to drink a lot of water and gave up soda In Jan. But what other things should I watch?

    Fruit has a lot of sugar for one thing, maybe that is it. I don't track sugar so can't help you otherwise.

    well since I can't see your diary, I can't really say for sure.

    Fruit could be one culprit.. but also all processed foods.. a lot have a lot of sugar and salt.

    Do you also add sugar to things? That could also be part of it.

    I only add sugar to my coffee. But I think most of my sugar is coming from the v8 fusion I drink with dinner.

    Need to see your diary to be much help, but fruit will pack on the sugar, although if you are eating fresh fruit and not canned fruit it is natural sugar.
