Has anyone here tryed these? I just started yesterday. They arent that good but It does help supress my appitite and helps me get active and workout! Yesterday I only had one but last night I started snaking late so today I had one after I ate breakfast and one now! I just hope I lose some pounds though.. I took Relecore before and I didnt lose No weight for 3 weeks and I stopped it and lost 5 in one week! lol

    i've never tried them.

    i have a really hard time eating in the morning, so instead of breakfast i do a meal replacement shake. I use the walmart brand (equate) meal replacement. which is pretty much the same thing just no name brand, and it actually tastes really good

    I love my breakfast! I alwasy have specialK or eggs... But glad you like the shakes.. Im not a shake drinker... I wish i had a blender though for a smoothie! hehe I could drink those all day!

    I tried them. I liked them.....After a while they got kinda expensive so I stopped. I wonder if we are talking about the same thing????

    Yeah thats it! It was on 20.00 for 26 packets. I just needed a booster to limit my eating! I like them so far. They work well with appitite suppresing and energy. Ill let ya know if I lose this week! HEHEHE!

    My experience is somethign with protein will stop the munchies. i bought genisoy protein powder. also got silk soy milk with vanilla flavor. I use 8 oz milk and 1-2 scoops of protein. It really stops my munchies for hours.

    Thinkin I might like to mix it up a bit & try that out...Fridays I hit the gym by 5am (yea, eh huh, I see the clock :grumble: I hate when I don't take care of myself/sleep wise..but I'm working on it!!) and stay till 8 or so....so I tossed a Lara Bar (? just bought a couple today to try) and a small baggie of raw almonds and an apple for the before/after workout fix.

    I always try and do carb/protein for the before/after workouts... :yawn:
