Every day it seems like i'm over my protein by 9
at the end of the day (i'm using yesterday as my example) this is what my food diary looked like:
Cals: 62
Carbs: 4
Fat: 6
Protein: -9
so my question is, is it ok to be over a little in protein? will that effect my weight loss at all?

I dont look at my protien on anything.... How much protine is needed in a diet?0

according to this site i'm allowed 45g of protein a day0
