    for me, no bread, beans,rice,added oil, tons of fruit, tons of veg. I have been able to do this, mostly because i don't have a husband or family to feed. That would make things more difficult. I occasionaly have a whole wheat flatbread, and i do have some of the 100 calorie items. Feel free to look at my diary.
