Tell me a little bit about how you did it, like any tips and how much did you exercise, any food recommendations? Would love to hear about your success!!!

for me, no bread, beans,rice,added oil, tons of fruit, tons of veg. I have been able to do this, mostly because i don't have a husband or family to feed. That would make things more difficult. I occasionaly have a whole wheat flatbread, and i do have some of the 100 calorie items. Feel free to look at my diary.0
