inputting 30 day shred on journal?

Hey all,

This is my first post so hello everyone! I'm going to start 30 day shred soon and was wondering how you all input it on your exercise journal. I've mainly been fast walking this whole time so I'm not too familiar with adding much else on the exercise portion of my journal. Any tips would really help...thanks!

    Input it as circuit training under cardio

    I use general circuit training under cardio on the mobile app, and I' ve done some research so it seems accurate. Hope this helps:smile:

    I wear a Heart rate monitor when I do 30 day shred and I found that putting it under circuit training is the closest calories to what my HRM says I burnt...
    and if you have'nt already I recommend you take your measurments in your waist,thighs,hips and legs...because I lost inches more than lbs...
    It is fun I really enjoy it...
