Hello I am from the DC area, just started this about a week ago and even was able to get a friend down in NC on board as well. Such a great website to help keep up with things. Glad to be here and looking forward to a newer more healthier me.

    Welcome! You are the second newbie from VA I've seen today. I am from Mt. Jackson, VA. Halfway between Winchester and Harrisonburg.... Good Luck and I hope you find all the inspriration and motivation that you need here. It's been a blessing to me.
