sorry im going crazy on these forums these days but i want to know what is something your coworkers do to get on your nerves?

Mine is one of our office services guys comes by to bring our mail to us and he says this everytime he puts mail in my box "youre in demand" and not only does he say it but its in a fat albert voice. Drives me nuts. He is a sweet guy but it annoys me. lol

then there is another coworker that has become the ww nazi and she gets all in your business about YOUR weight loss and progress. She gives you the look of shame and judgment when you are eating sweets or something not even having a clue as to what your leftover calories are. Not to mention she tries to shame me into walking with her and walking with her is more of a pain in the *kitten* than an actual walk. She strolls! Drives me nuts!

Ok i feel better. what about your co-workers?

Mine are constantly bringing in cookies, brownies, pizza.
And then when I turn it down, they accuse me of being anorexic.

I have a co-worker who is like 105 lbs. She offers me a food I used to love, knowing that I gave it up months ago. (White bread soaked in oil, then thrown on a grill with even more oil.) Then when I have a single french fry, she says, " Isn't that cheating?" I'm not on a diet, I'm making healthier choices, so no! It's like she's try to sabotage me and put me down, as if it'd work.

Oohhhhh my goshhhhh my coworkers. I only have 2. (Very small non-profit.) If I did not have at least a few volunteers come in every day I would go insane - but luckily I do have the volunteers. I love them. They are all that keep me sane.

One coworker is a workaholic. She has been known to come in as early as 6 and stay as late as 9 or 10. (Not on consecutive days, but still.) She gets upset if she has to do something that she feels I should be doing - but then she tells the boss, who tells me, instead of just telling me herself. (Or better, asking me to do it?) Then, I have to be SERIOUSLY on my toes, or she will do the job without even giving me the *chance* to do it first. She has also yelled at me (and volunteers, too - volunteers have actually quit because of her) in public places. For example, she chewed me out for making a (VERY small and EASILY reversed) decision at a recent event. Then, three days later, she tells my boss what a great job I did at said event. ARGGHHHHHH!!!!!

Then there is the boss. Who is by far the most egotistical person I have ever met in my life. If you do not agree with her you are WRONG! Even on things where there are choices, say, your favorite sports team - the only ones that are acceptable to like are the ones SHE likes. I am not even joking, she has talked down to me so many times because of stupid stuff like this. *It's not even important!!!!!* It's like my opinion is completely nonexistent. She also has few boundaries, and I know far, far, FAR too much about her personal life. Every time she over shares I say "You know, I really don't want to know things like that." She ignores me and says "Oh you don't mind." UMM YES I DO!!!!! Or I would not have said something in the first place! She is also constantly sick. Since the beginning of the year she has probably averaged at least 1 day missed per week.

I could go on. But I won't. I think that is enough for right now. The hardest thing I do each and every week is go into work and try to love these women. I have nearly given up on liking them.

One of them is flamboyantly gay and won't admit it, has a steve urkel voice and is always trying to feed me. Won't leave me alone even after I told him I hate his guts and hope he dies in a fire.

One girl who is morbidly obese tells me that I eat like an anorexic every time she sees me eat, no matter how much I happen to be eating. Apparently not eating Mcdonald's 2 - 3 times a day makes you anorexic.

One guy tells me that I'm too fat to be a personal trainer every time he happens to catch a glimpse of my course books. This guy also happens to be one of those not so healthy people that could probably use a personal trainer.

One waitress lets her customers food sit out even though I've called her to come get it 10 times and then yells at me when the customers complain that it's cold.

One guy literally stands around with his hands in his pockets unless he is given a specific task to complete.

You know I pretty much just hate everybody that I work with.

I had a co-worker that got the lap band last year but eats nothing but fried foods, tons of tortillas and queso, etc. then would be like "I need to work out..." No, you need to stop eating $H!+.

I could have a really long list here, but I will just narrow it down to one little man, or should I say obese man, who thinks he knows everything there is to know about exercise. This guy is probably around 275 pounds, probably even more. Well, last year I was talking to a few people about P90X because back in late 2007 and early 2008, that is the workout program that I did to lose most of my weight. In fact, my profile picture was taken back then right after finishing up P90X. Well, anyway, this guy was talking about how he thinks that P90X doesn't work and that CrossFit is sooooo much better. Well, I have nothing against CrossFit. I quite enjoy that as well. But, um...P90X doesn't work? Really? I guess me losing 70 pounds in less than a year was my imagination or something. And you know, he says he's been doing CrossFit for *years* yet in the 3 years that I have known him, he has not lost ANY noticeable amount of weight.

It's really not just a P90X vs. CrossFit thing. Not at all. I just hate it when people try to give me exercise and nutrition advice when, uh-hem, I am the one actually losing weight and they haven't changed one bit. Why would I take the advice of someone who hasn't lost even one inch from their big giggly butt???

Let see here I have two that I really don't care for, one is guy who seems to know everything and has worked every job in the world and one we were talking about spider-man (yes I'm a nerd and proud of it lol) and he tried to correct me on how to pronounce a bad guy name, really mofo I used to collect comics as a kid. The other one I work is a female who whines about everything and also talks about her problems and then says "now don't tell no body I said this but.." who am I going to tell because everyone and their brother has allready been told by you.

we have one here that tells EVERYTHING to everyone and trips over her feet to tell anything she hears whether its the truth or not. I am on the blacklist with her though cause i told her politely i prefer not to get involved in her office drama. Now she avoids me like the plague which is fine with me. Her nickname is Lurch! As a matter of fact thats an insult to Lurch! UGH!

Mine ALL WAYS ask where my boss is!!! Like I am suppose to pull him out of my pocket!! For a while I had a sign right by my door that read "No I dont know where _ _ _ _ is!" LOL!! it stopped it for a while. Now I have one posted on my wall above my monitor that reads " Stress: The confusion created when one's mind overrides the body's basic desire to choke the living *kitten* out of someone who desperately deserves it!"

I am really lucky. For the most part, everyone at my office gets along well and we all love each other. Even if we argue, we make up. Most of us have been here since the beginning of time. We are all a little kooky and are like one big happy dysfunctional family.

I've got a co-worker who starts literally EVERY sentence with "But the point is...." And, there never IS a point!!! AARRRRRRGGGGGHHHHHHHH.

I also have the people who've asked me what I've done to lose weight and then all seem astonished when I tell them I basically stopped drinking half a bottle of wine every night, and stopped stuffing my face with crisps at weekends - most of them have never heard of the word "moderation" and expect me to say I've taken a special secret magic pill or something. Nope!
