Calorie question and pm workouts

I typically exercise at night and my calorie goal is at 1200. Im usually close to 1200 cal after i eat dinner and then i exercise after i eat that meal, which adds 2-300 calorie deficit. I find that once I exercise I feel I need to eat part of those calories back. I have been averaging a 1 pound loss per week, which I'm ok with, but I'm curious if I should increase calories on my earlier meals, so I don't have to eat later in the evening? I would appreciate any thoughts anyone has...

I think you should increase calories throughout the day so that you end up near your goal after exercise, you have the right idea!
It is awesome that you are exercising, it really helps build a strong healthy body. Also great to read that you are losing weight really well, 1lb a week is awesome! What I would do is say, "I am scheduling a workout tonight!" Then eat 300 more calories during the day, and make sure to do your workout that evening.
