I was in the psychology building at the university I attend and was walking down the hall with a friend. I'm down almost 20lbs and about 4 inches off my waist and about 2 inches off my hips. My size 22s were so baggy and falling down (I can take them off without undoing them now!). I bent over and she laughed and yelled, "Penguins!" I was so confused. I looked at her funny and she said, "You have penguins on your undies." Also, I'm able to wear my XL shirts again! My XXL shirts are baggy (well, baggier than before).

YAY!!!

It's little victories like these that make the scale insignificant and the motivation high!

    Lane Bryant last Winter. They're red with snowflakes and stars and penquins wearing scarves. :D
