    I've reached my goal of 130 and am learning about maintenance and possibly dropping just a few more "fat" pounds to reach 125 (if it happens).

    Hi everyone! I am 38. Mother of two. Work full-time. Husband is military and is stationed overseas for a year. I would LOVE, LOVE, LOVE to drop 40-50 lbs by the time he comes home.
