So every night I work.. I walk all the way down to the basement.. and go back up to the top of the 10th floor, then back down to the 5th.. sometimes I will go all the way back down, and back up to the 5th (the floor I work on) three to four times a night.. skipping every other step.. I have been logging it as "walking upstairs".. But I feel there is way more burn skipping every other step!!!?
What do you guys think? How would you log it?

Just take your heart rate a few times, average your burn and enter it here:
