Travel and heat.

this summer, after mid July, was not very kind to my diet.

hmph.

I had been on MFP all spring and had lost 12lbs.

well, stopped exercising when it got too hot to run outside without feeling miserable, and did quite a bit of traveling, wine tasting...

you get the picture.

Anyway, I gained 4lbs of the 12 I had lost back over the last 3 mo.

Could be worse, I know.

So. Here I am 8 lbs down from my original weight, and 15lbs to go.

let's get serious!

I've been doing well with getting the exercise back on track now that the weather has calmed down, but no so good with the diet.

Wish me better luck this time!
