I have a Polar FT60 HRM - only had it a few months. When I do videos such as 30 Day Shred or No More Trouble Zones, it says I only burn 89 (30 day shred level 1) or 120-150 or NMTZ. Everyone else seems to burn well over 200 with each video.
Any suggestions as to what I'm doing wrong? I'm not sure if something is wrong with my HRM as when I run, I'll easily burn over 300 calories or when I walk my dog, I'll burn over 200.

Are your settings correct? Is the chest band wet enough? Does it feel like you work harder walking your dog than it does doing a few minutes of 30DS?0

I'm pretty sure my settings are correct (if you mean height/weight/etc) I went the band under a faucet everytime I use it and yet, I certianly feel like I am working harder then walking my dog. When doing no more trouble zones, I am drenched in sweat and my heart rate gets up.0
