What am I doing wrong?!?!?

The last two or three weeks, I keep losing and gaining the same 2-3 pounds. Yesterday I started really buckling down and measuring absolutely everything. I exercised Sunday and yesterday. I'm drinking at least 100 oz. of water a day. I stayed under my calories and this morning I got on the scale and it was the same darn thing. FRUSTRATING!!!! What am I doing wrong?

ETA: how do I add my food diary from yesterday?

    Measure yourself. I am sure that even though the scale isn't moving, everything is fitting loser. The scale shouldn't be your only measure of success. Also, if you can, excersise more. Good luck.

    The scale won't magically move that much over 2 days. Give it a week of really hitting your food, water, and exercise goals before you rely on the scale number too heavily.

    I keep thinking that I will be a wiz at maintenance when I finally get there.

    I am just keeping at it and hope that I can nudge it down with more salads and bulkier veggies because like you...I am doing all the right things.

    I have been going through this for the past 6 weeks. I'm hoping that if I just keep at it eventually I will break through this slump I'm in. It can be soooooo frustrating but i refuse to give up. Good Luck :flowerforyou:

    i am in the same sitch except ive been doing this for @ least 60 days ! it wears on ya. and i have no idea what i, doing wrong. help.
