Hi There,

I discovered this site by accident and thrilled that i did.
I am delighted to join you all on our own personal journey of weigh Loss. I have 30lbs to lose and am really committed to getting there within my goal time.

    Hi I am Kim. I found this site yesturday and I think it will be helpful to log my weight, food, and excercise daily. I have 50 pounds to lose and I hope using this will be helpful.
