Hiya everybody!
The reason I have joined this site is to try and get rid of the weight that I gained during my pregnancy!
I have started light workout (30 mins dancing cardio) 5 times a week, and currently cut out patatoes, pasta and rice from my diet.
It would be nice to get in touch with some new mums who are in the same boat I'm in!!
and if anyone has any tips please do post!
